This policy establishes a legally binding and enforceable agreement between the Company and customers who purchase products from us through any of our platforms.

If you are using the platform(s) on behalf of an Organisation Company, you agree to this policy on behalf of that Organisation Company and you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of the Organisation Company.

General Terms and Conditions of Returns
The damage return request must be raised within 1 calendar day from the date of delivery, along with the images of the part which clearly shows the damage, its original packaging and the outer shipping box from different angles and clearly showing the shipping label.
Other than damaged items purchased from independent sellers listed on our platforms(s) are returnable within a 7 calendar day period (independently known as “return window” and collectively known as “return window'') except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.
That the product(s) are returned in its original condition along with its original packaging box with MRP tag sticker label intact and not tampered with, user manual, warranty card and all accessories therein and with no signs of use, damage, scratches, grease or dents;
That the product(s) was were not damaged while in your possession;
That the product(s) are not different from what was shipped to you;
Product(s) marked as non-returnable or on the platform(s) product detail page including but not limited to electronic and complicated electric parts (harnesses, instrument panels, parts with circuit boards, etc.), car body covers, bug & tar remover, air fresheners cannot be returned;
If you've received a defective non-returnable product, you may contact us within one calendar days from the delivery of the product.
No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy;
Part Fitment Issue: We advise customers to carefully verify the VIN number, Chassis Number, and Part Number before confirming their order. Once the order has been confirmed by the customer and submitted, return requests will not be entertained.
The eligibility for a free return is determined by the specific part in question. In certain cases, a small return fee may be applicable to the customer.
Please note that shipping and payment gateway charges are non-refundable. Additionally, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refundable amount provided to the customer.
The customer should ensure proper repackaging of the products when returning the package to prevent any damage during transit. If there is damage during the return shipment or if a fraudulent claim is discovered later, the Company will not be held responsible for any refunds.
If the customer's return claim is denied, upon the customer's request, we will either send back the product(s) or dispose of them after 30 days of being in stock. The customer will be held accountable for covering all associated shipping expenses.
General Terms and Conditions of Refund
After receiving notification of the returns within the acceptable time frame, our team will conduct a thorough examination of the returned item(s) and determine whether to approve or decline the refund.
The refund will be processed exclusively through the original payment method and will typically be issued within 5 to 7 business days after the products are received at our facility.
Once the returned part is verified, the customer has the option to choose a credit instead of a refund. This credit option can be availed after the verification process.
Under no circumstances can refunds be processed to third-party accounts or provided in cash or any form of compensation other than the original payment method.
Throughout the return and refund process, we will diligently keep you informed. Regular notifications will be sent to you by our company regarding the status of your returns.
Customers have the option to cancel their orders prior to shipment, and if approved by the company, they will receive a refund. However, once an order has been shipped or is in transit, the company may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
